I sat at the door thursday morning (8am) waiting for them to open because I urgently needed some exhaust parts. The service guy said he could get these parts from Melbourne overnight ready for Friday afternoon delivery. Just rang to confirm, and now Ive been told he didnt get the order in till after 1pm on Thursday. By my maths thats 4 1/2 hours to pick up a phone and order urgent parts, and apparently he missed the window. What part of urgent didnt he understand, now the weekends work schedule is totally blown out the window. And the parts cant be readdressed to my address, because it was "picked" at the warehouse, and wont arrice in WA till Tuesday. I made a delibrate effort to be there on time and give the Service dept enough time to order these parts, shame they cant provide the same commitment to their customers.By Chris Davis, April 20, 2017
